The Early Access Program is a structured journey that allows qualified customers to adopt SECO off-the-shelf products before their official launch. In exchange for structured feedback and commitment to a real use case, you gain access to dedicated engineering services, preferential commercial terms, and a direct channel with the SECO design center. Each program runs for six months, with defined milestones and a shared success plan agreed at kick-off.

  • You have a concrete project based on the SECO off-the-shelf product roadmap, in the development or pre-production phase.
  • You are available to participate actively: feedback sessions, a documented PoC, and willingness to act as a reference.
  • You operate in one of our priority verticals: Robotics and Physical AI, Industrial Automation, Medical and Laboratory, Energy and Infrastructure, Smart Retail.

Places are limited. The SECO team will review the applications and define eligibility based on criteria including technical fit, volume potential, and willingness to provide structured feedback.

The SECO team identifies EAP candidates. Criteria: technical fit, volume potential, willingness to provide structured feedback.

NDA and EAP Agreement. Early access to the product, direct channel with the team and a dedicated Solution Architect assigned.

Kick-off

Shared Success Plan with a measurable goal in 180 days, plus a technical alignment session with SECO PM and Engineering.

Execution

Active PoC with monthly milestones, use of the included engineering services and a bi-weekly check-in with the SECO team.

Review & scale

Final QBR: outcomes review, feedback collection, roadmap adaptation and transition to standard General Availability.
