SECO guarantees its products for a period beginning from the date present in the support documents, and subject to the relevant conditions of sale, usually one to two years depending on the product line , with the warranty period starting from the date of shipment.
For customer support and repair under the warranty, SECO uses an online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure.
