We are looking for a candidate to join the team as a Customer Planner, supporting the management and planning of customer-related activities and ensuring effective coordination across internal functions.
Seco S.p.A., for its headquarters in Arezzo, is looking for a Customer Planner who will be responsible for managing and planning customer-related activities, supporting coordination between internal functions.
The position is open to candidates belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99).
The role will be part of the team responsible for the following activities:
- Management and monitoring of customer orders
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities
- Ongoing interface with customers for updates on deliveries and order progress
- Data analysis and monitoring
Requirements:
- Belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99)
- Previous experience, even short, in customer service, planning or supply chain roles
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
